Welcome to Devonside House
Devonside was opened in August 2008 and is registered with Care Commission Scotland.
We are registered for providing 52 week residential care for young people of both genders between the ages of 10 -17yrs. For young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.
Additionally we have a 5th bed which can be used as a bridging bed in the event a young person maybe leaving and an appropriate placement requires a bed.
Devonside is a medium to long term residential home with a minimum stay of 12 weeks.
Whilst placements are preferred to be admitted on a planned basis with a visit prior to admission, we can offer an emergency or same day placement subject to all the necessary paperwork being completed.
Devonside provides care for young people whom may have experienced trauma through past experiences and require support to move forward with their lives emotionally.
